The Pacific Highway Upgrade Woolgoolga to Ballina, Section 1 delivers a new four-lane divided highway along the New South Wales north coast. The project includes new interchanges, bridges and service roads to connect local communities to the upgraded highway. Extensive earthworks and drainage works are being carried out across a long, largely greenfield alignment. The scale of the project requires coordination with multiple utility providers across a long rural and regional corridor.
